Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited would like to inform that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 4/2022 on July 22, 2022 has resolved important resolutions as follows:
Appointed Mr. Pachai Chanpitaksa to be Chief Executive Officer. This will be effective from August 1, 2022 onwards. In this regard, Mr. Charuphot Neesanant will serve as the Acting Chief Executive Officer until July 31, 2022.
Appointed Dr. Chaipat Sahasakul as the Advisor to the Board of Directors, effective from August 1, 2022
Approved the project to improve Plant (TVO1). The project investment budget is approximately Baht 1,700 million to enhance production efficiency with modern technology and replace old machines with production capacity of 1,500 tons per day, which will stabilize production operation and create a cost competitive advantage. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
In this regard, the project is appropriate according to the results of the project feasibility study in which the transaction is not considered to disclose information in accordance with the Notification of the Acquisition or Disposition of Assets of Listed Companies.
