TEO SENG CAPITAL Teo Seng Capital Berhad announced redesignation of Mr. Ng Eng Leng as Group Finance Director. Date of change is January 3, 2024. Age is 53.
Working experience and occupation: Mr. Ng Eng Leng is holding the position of Director of Teo Seng Farming Sdn. Bhd. since March 2002.
He was also appointed as Group Financial Controller of the Company since March 2010 and redesignated as Group Finance Director on 3 January 2024. Mr. Ng also assumes the role of Sustainability Steering Committee member reporting to Audit Committee. He is also the Risk Manager leading the Group Risk Management Team reporting to Risk Management Committee of the Board.
Mr. Ng is primarily responsible for the financial affairs, corporate affairs and administration functions of the Group. He accumulated tremendous knowledge and experience in the field of accounting, costing, taxation, internal control system, acquisitions and corporate finance through his years of working in private corporate sectors. During his extensive working experience in various capacities including senior management roles of the Group in the areas of the above-mentioned aspects, he gains great exposure and vast experience in those fields and enables him to play a crucial role in advising the Board and to participate in decision making and corporate planning for the Group.
The success of the Group owes much to his extensive involvement in its operations and management. Furthermore, he also sits on the Board of several subsidiaries of the Company. Qualifications: Masters in Executive Master in Business Management majoring in finance from Asia e University; Masters in Master of Business Administration from Buckinghamshire New University (UK).
