E. Kasperavi?ius will take the position of Chief Sales Officer of TEO

Starting from the 14th of February, Edis Kasperavi?ius, who until now has been working as Director of Human Resources Unit of the Company, will become Chief Sales Officer of TEO, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services in Lithuania. Darius Guda?iauskas, former Chief Sales Officer, has decided to withdraw from TEO Group.

While performing his duties as Director of Human Resources Unit for nine years, E. Kasperavi?ius led the organisational development of TEO, structural change management and employee competence development, and was one of the developers of the Company's customer care standards and management principles. He had previously worked as Human Resources Manager at Hansabankas (now Swedbank), and he is also one of the founders of the Association of Human Resources Professionals and a member of its board.

E. Kasperavi?ius is a graduate of the International Executive MBA program at the Baltic Management Institute, as well as holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Vilnius University.

According to Ar?nas ?ik?ta, General Manager of TEO, the trends of the Lithuanian telecommunications market have led to the need to dedicate most of the Company's existing capacities for the implementation of customer expectations, and for ensuring them, the Company needs a different kind of leadership.

According to him, the contribution of D.Guda?iauskas to the Company's business activities was highly significant and allowed the Company to become a leader in its field. "I, on my own behalf and on behalf of TEO shareholders, express gratitude to Darius for the successful organization and development of the Company's sales, as well as for the improvement of the Company's customer care", - A.?ik?ta said.
