Tekcore Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 200.364 million compared to TWD 142.943 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 900,000 compared to operating loss of TWD 27.841 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5.982 million compared to net loss of TWD 30.012 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.14 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.69 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was TWD 468.738 million compared to TWD 427.476 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 54.460 million compared to TWD 81.313 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 50.671 million compared to TWD 72.184 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 1.17 compared to TWD 1.67 a year ago.
TEKCORE CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of gallium nitride (GaN) blue, green and ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED) epitaxial wafers and chips. The Company's main products include GaN/gallium arsenide (GaAs) chips, quaternary products, related parts and materials and others. The Company is also involved in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest areas of Asia and others.
