Tekcore Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 214.022 million compared to TWD 127.564 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 14.841 million compared to operating loss of TWD 32.451 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 23.185 million compared to net loss of TWD 33.151 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.54 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.77 a year ago.
TEKCORE CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of gallium nitride (GaN) blue, green and ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED) epitaxial wafers and chips. The Company's main products include GaN/gallium arsenide (GaAs) chips, quaternary products, related parts and materials and others. The Company is also involved in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest areas of Asia and others.
