Zhejiang Tederic Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 100 million in an equity round of funding on February 11, 2022. The transaction include participation from returning investor Tederic Machinery Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company in its fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors. The company's registered capital will increase from CNY 200 million to CNY 300 million after completion of the transaction.
On March 1, 2022, the transaction has been approved by the shareholders in first extraordinary general meeting in 2022.
Tederic Machinery Co., LTD is a China-based manufacturer and solution provider of plastic injection molding equipment. The Company is principally engaged in the research, development, design, production and sale of injection molding machines, as well as the provision of injection molding solutions. The Company's main products are injection molding machines. The Companyâs products are used in piping systems and accessories, auto parts, white goods and small appliances, electronic products and communications, logistics and warehousing, thin-walled packaging containers and medical and health industries. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
