TEB Bancorp, Inc and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. Announce Change of CFO

On December 21, 2021, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp Inc. (the Company) and the Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the Bank) appointed John Udvare as Chief Financial Officer of those entities, effective January 1, 2022. Mr. Udvare, age 57, is a Certified Public Accountant who joined the Bank in November of this year, most recently serving as Vice President, Treasurer and Controller. Mr. Udvare has over 36 years of banking experience including serving as President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunset Bank and Savings. This appointment has been made in connection with a request of Lauren Poppen, who currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, to modify her role at the Bank. Effective January 1, 2022, Ms. Poppen will serve as Assistant Vice President, Treasurer and Controller in order to provide her more flexibility in her schedule.
