Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2018. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 5,390.270 million compared to TWD 4,013.790 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 515.897 million compared to TWD 293.216 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.55 compared to TWD 2.36 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.52 compared to TWD 2.35 a year ago.
Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the general civil engineering and construction businesses. The Company is involved in the construction of residential buildings, government buildings, office buildings, schools, laboratories, hospitals, industrial buildings and others. It also involves in the construction of civil engineering projects, such as bridges, highways, landscaping, land remodeling, water and sewer projects and others. The Company operates its businesses in Taiwan market and overseas markets.
