Takamatsu Construction Group Co., Ltd. at its Board of Directors meeting held on May 10, 2023, revised the fiscal year-end dividend as of March 31, 2023. For the period, the company expects to pay a dividend of JPY 47.00 per share compared to the previous dividend guidance of JPY 40.00 per share.
For the next fiscal year (ending March 31, 2024), The company plans to pay a cash dividend of JPY 77 per share (dividend payout ratio of 33.5%).
