1. Private placement of ordinary shares in accordance with Article 43-6,
Item 7 of the Securities Exchange Law may be handled in three
installments within one year from the date of the resolution of the
shareholders' meeting, and the resolution of the Company's 2021
ordinary shareholders' meeting shall be handled in three times
within the range of not more than 50 million shares.
2. As of now, the private capital increase has been completed and a
total of 0 ordinary shares have been issued, and the remaining
amount will expire (until May 27, 2022) due to the expiration of
the period, the Company has no plan to continue the private
placement within the remaining period, and it has been approved
by the board of directors and will not continue to handle it during
the remaining period.
