Tainergy Tech Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 654.941 million compared to TWD 944.366 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 31.019 million compared to TWD 312.693 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 31.263 million compared to TWD 430.392 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.09 compared to TWD 1.21 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,166.579 million compared to TWD 1,725.764 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 102.967 million compared to TWD 595.963 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 86.103 million compared to TWD 659.808 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.24 compared to TWD 1.85 a year ago.
Tainergy Tech Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of solar cells and solar modules. The Company's products include six-inch multi-crystalline silicon solar cells and six-inch mono-crystalline silicon solar cells. Its products are primarily applied in watches, mini-size computers, battery chargers, solar electrical bicycles, power generations and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia and Europe.
