Suzhou Chunxing Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002547) signed a stake transfer intent agreement to acquire Huizhou Andong Hardware And Plastic Electronics Co., Ltd. from Andong International Co., Ltd. for CNY 120 million in cash on January 20, 2016. Suzhou Chunxing Precision Mechanical intends to use its own funds for the acquisition. The transaction has been approved at Suzhou Chunxing Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd.'s 6th session of the 3rd directorate.
