The company's controlling shareholder, actual controller Chen Xiaomin, Weng Rongrong, the shareholders Suzhou Industrial Park Zhongquanxin Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Lu Cuncong, Ma Guolin, Yang Ruiyi, Lu Jie, the company's direct or indirect shareholders serving as directors, supervisors, senior management Chen Xiaomin, Weng Rongrong, Fang Youping, Ren Junping, Xie Manhua, Zhang Qisheng, Xie Yayuan, and the company's former supervisor Li Long's shares will be under lock up for a period of 36 months from the company's share listing date.
The company's shareholders Xu Shengbo, Lin Juqiang, and Li Caifeng's shares will be under lock up for a period of 12 months from the company's share listing date.
