Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF announced that distributions for the third quarter of 2022 will be payable to unitholders of Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF. Distribution per trust unit is $0.04167. Record dates are July 31, 2022, August 31, 2022 and September 30, 2022 and Payable on August 15, 2022, September 15, 2022 and October 14, 2022.
Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of units with stable monthly cash distributions and enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend paying securities of infrastructure assets. The Fund invests in a portfolio of sectors, which include utilities, industrials, real estate, energy, pipelines and consumer staples.
