CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES OF WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

The board of directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of Sunrise Shares Holdings Ltd. (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunrise Industrial (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("Sunrise Industrial") has changed its principal activities as follows with effect from 3 September 2021:

Existing Principal Activities	New Principal Activities
1) Property Fund Management including REIT	1)	Property	Consultancy	and	Management
Managers		Services;
2) Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) with	2)	Hospitality	Consultancy	and	Management
Rental Income		Services;
	3)	Investment	and Information	Consultation
		Services;
	4)	Fund Management Services;
	5)	Land	Development	and	Project
		Management;
	6)	Real Estate Consultancy Services;
	7)	Property Leasing; and
	8)	Building construction including design and
		renovation.

The aforesaid changes will enable Sunrise Industrial to explore business opportunity that are within the Group's core business.
