The board of directors of Sun Cheong Creative Development Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Lin Weiqi Wendy has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company; a member of the Audit Committee, the Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company; and a chairperson of the Nomination Committee of the company with effect from 26 July 2021.
