Sun Cheong Creative Development Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Fung Wai Hang as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Sun Cheong Creative Development Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Fung Wai Hang ("Mr. Fung") has resigned as (i) an Independent Non-executive Director of the company; (ii) a chairman of the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee; and (iii) a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee with effect from 31 August 2021 in order to pursue other business and personal commitments.
