Summit State Bank Promotes Kris Ainger to Senior Vice President

Santa Rosa, CA - (February 23, 2021) - Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) has promoted Kris Ainger to Senior Vice President. She remains Director of Information Technology and continues to oversee Central Operations which assists customers with the latest online banking, ACH and wire technology and services designed to give our customers access to their banking information whenever and wherever they choose to bank.

"Kris' knowledge and expertise which spans 30 years, has been instrumental in staying on top of the latest banking technology as it continues to evolve. Her role as the lead of the Business Systems Team and Process Improvement Group, which evaluates and implement new systems and programs to improve the customer experience, is critical to the Bank's success," said Brian Reed, President and CEO of Summit State Bank.

Kris began her banking career in 1991 and worked at Summit State Bank from 2001 to 2004 before joining First Community Bank as a Senior Vice President and Information Systems Officer. She rejoined Summit State Bank in spring of 2017. Kris has been a Sonoma County resident for over 40 years, and she resides in Santa Rosa with her family.
