Kubota Corporation (TSE:6326) entered into contract to acquire 30% stake in Wuzhou Fujikasui Engineering Co., Ltd. from Suido Kiko Kaisha, Ltd. (JASDAQ:6403) on February 17, 2015. Post closing, Suido Kiko Kaisha, Ltd. will not hold any stake in Wuzhou Fujikasui Engineering Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to approval of Chinese authorities. Board of Directors of Suido Kiko Kaisha, Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on February 17, 2015. The effective date of transaction has not been determined yet.
