Southern California Gas Company is a holding company with energy infrastructure investments in North America. The Company's businesses invest in, develops and operates energy infrastructure, and provides electric and gas services to customers. The Company operates through four segments: SDG&E, SoCalGas, Sempra Texas Utilities and Sempra Infrastructure. Its SDG&E segment provides electric service to San Diego and southern Orange counties and natural gas service to San Diego County. The Company's SoCalGas segment is a natural gas distribution utility, serving customers throughout Southern California and part of central California. Its Sempra Texas Utilities segment is comprised of investments in Oncor Holdings and Sharyland Holdings. Its Sempra Infrastructure segment includes the operating companies of its subsidiary, SI Partners, as well as a holding company and certain services companies. Sempra Infrastructure develops, builds, operates and invests in energy infrastructure.
