Bittnet Systems SA (BVB:BNET) agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Softbinator Technologies SA for transaction value of $2 million on October 13, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Bittnet will pay the consideration in a mix of cash and Bittnet shares. Softbinator reported revenues of $1.5 million (RON 6.2 million) in 2019.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bittnet in November 2020.
