Company Sociedad Pesquera Coloso S.A.

Sociedad Pesquera Coloso SA is a Chile-based holding company. Through its fully consolidated subsidiary Sociedad de Inversiones Coloso SA, the Company is engaged in the investment in all types of movable and immovable properties. In addition, through its affiliates Corpesca SA and Orizon SA, the Company is primarily active in the aquaculture sector, as well as in the sea fish capturing and the processing and distribution of fishmeal, fish oil and frozen and canned fish products. It has operations established in Arica, Iquique, Mejillones, Coquimbo, Talcahuano, Coronel and Puerto Montt. As of December 31, 2011, the Company also held minor stakes in Inmobiliaria Los Pioneros, as well as Inversiones El Ceibo SA was its major shareholder with 30.51% of its interest.
