Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW) entered into a letter of intent to acquire Myst AI Inc. from Gradient Ventures and Valo Ventures, LLC on January 4, 2023. Denny Kwon, Bradley Chernin, Benjamin Fenech, Kevin Banifatemi, Jenna Wallace, Blair Hotz, Brandon Palmen, Ashleigh Armstrong, Sam Watters, Lindsey Tonsager,Nicholas Shepherd, Ansgar Simon, Sumaya Bouadi and Justin Schenck of Covington & Burling LLP acted as legal advisors for Snowflake.
