Crédit Agricole Assurances SA entered into an agreement to acquire 10% stake in Total Infrastructures Gaz France SA from EDF Invest, GIC Pte. Ltd. and Snam S.p.A. (BIT:SRG) (sellers) for more than €180 million on January 28, 2015. The essence of the transaction consists of an acquisition of Bonds Reimbursable in Shares (ORA) for more than €180 million, supplemented by a capital increase in equities. Upon completion of the transaction, Snam, GIC, and EDF Invest together with Crédit Agricole Assurances will hold respectively 40.5%, 31.5%, 18.0% and 10.0% of the share capital of Total Infrastructures indirectly. Total Infrastructures Gaz France SA reported €419 million of revenues in 2014. The completion of the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to take place by the end of March 2015.
