(OTCPK:SMRN) entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in MRH Capital Inc. and 75% stake in California Bottling Co., Inc. from Michael Maragh and Marc Thomas respectively on October 28, 2014. Under the terms, Smartag International will issue 40 million shares as consideration.
