Shenzhen Sinosoft Technology Information System Co.,Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 14 million in an equity round of funding on April 13, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Sinosoft Co.,Ltd. The company's registered capital will increase from CNY 6 million to CNY 20 million. The transaction has been approved by the the second meeting of the eighth board of directors and supervisors of the company.
On June 14, 2023, the company completed the change of business registration of its capital increase.
