Silicom Ltd. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was USD 33.898 million compared to USD 25.507 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 1.499 million compared to USD 2.295 million a year ago. Net income was USD 846,000 compared to USD 2.423 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.12 compared to USD 0.33 a year ago. For the full year, sales was USD 107.398 million compared to USD 105.240 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 6.248 million compared to USD 10.213 million a year ago. Net income was USD 5.725 million compared to USD 10.236 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.8 compared to USD 1.36 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.8 compared to USD 1.35 a year ago.
