Siddharth Education Services Limited at its board meeting held on February 25, 2020 approved the appointment of Mrs. Manisha Prashant Tole as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 25, 2020. Mrs. Manisha Prashant Tole will be responsible for all functions of an Indedpendent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years.
