Zhejiang Refond Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 689,323,664.77 in an equity round of funding on May 24, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Shenzhen Refond Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. The newly registered capital will be CNY 100,000,000 and the capital reserve share capital premium will be CNY 589,323,664.77. The transaction has been approved at the 13th meeting of the 4th board of directors and at the 12th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors.
