Guangdong Nanfeng Investment Co., Ltd. win an auction to acquire 15.04% stake in Shenzhen Liantronics Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300269) from Liu Hujun and Xiong Jinyu for approximately CNY 220 million on July 30, 2022. As part of the transaction, Guangdong Nanfeng Investment acquires 54,549,380 shares from Liu Hujun an 29,100,000 shares from Xiong Jinyu by way of public judicial auction ruled by Shenzhen Futian District Court. The transaction is approved by the shareholders of Guangdong Nanfeng Group Company Limited. As of August 22, 2022 Guangdong Nanfeng Investment Co., Ltd. completed the partial deal.
