Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300675) signed a contract to acquire 40% stake in Hubei Jiansheng Engineering Technology Consultancy Co., Ltd. from Jingmen Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 12.4 million on May 7, 2019. In a related transaction, Hubei Jiansheng Venture Capital Management Center (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 26% stake in Hubei Jiansheng Engineering Technology Consultancy Co., Ltd. from Jingmen Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. on May 7, 2019. Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co., Ltd. will use its own funds to make the purchase. The transaction does not need approval from Board of Directors or shareholders of Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co Ltd is a company that provides technical services for city development. The Company has two businesses which are urban green development services and green human settlement credibility services. The urban green development services business is engaged in providing services such as urban planning and architectural design. The green human settlement credibility services business provides a range of services, including comprehensive green building consulting, energy and environment planning consulting, energy and environment planning consulting, as well as the consulting on whole process control of decoration pollution.
