Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 567.44 million compared to PHP 421.4 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,204.07 million compared to PHP 1,207.8 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 939.93 million compared to PHP 316.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.197 compared to PHP 0.066 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.197 compared to PHP 0.066 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 1,543.58 million compared to PHP 1,348.46 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 5,469.53 million compared to PHP 3,407.56 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,447.51 million compared to PHP 1,811.63 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.514 compared to PHP 0.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.514 compared to PHP 0.38 a year ago.
