Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2022. For the full year, the company reported sales was PHP 2,165.08 million compared to PHP 1,820.27 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 7,860.86 million compared to PHP 4,573.93 million a year ago.
Net income was PHP 3,634.48 million compared to PHP 2,124.06 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.763 compared to PHP 0.446 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.763 compared to PHP 0.446 a year ago.
Shang Properties, Inc. is a Philippines-based investment holding company engaged in property investment and development, real estate management, office and retail leasing, mall, carpark and hotel operations.
