SERAKU Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the six months ended February 28, 2021. For the six months, the company reported net sales were JPY 7,268 million compared with JPY 6,550 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 716 million compared with JPY 441 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 703 million compared with JPY 284 million a year ago. Net income per share were JPY 51.00 compared with 20.67 a year ago. Diluted net income pe share was JPY 50.48 compared with JPY 20.65 a year ago. Profit before income taxes was JPY 1,098,707,000 compared with JPY 446,374,000 a year ago.
SERAKU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of solutions of information technology (IT) infrastructure, web marketing communication and smart solution through the Internet. The Company includes 3 business segments. The IT Infrastructure segment supports network, server, building security, maintenance and contract development business by the company-owned qualified IT infrastructure engineers. The Web Marketing Communication segment is engaged in the construction and operation of website, as well as planning and operation of marketing for companies and organizations. The Smart Solutions segment is mainly engaged in development of web systems, smart phone applications and embedded systems.
