ScinoPharm Taiwan, Ltd. at its shareholders meeting held on May 29, 2023, approved cash dividend of TWD 0.36 per share for 2022. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2023 with Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date of July 6, 2023 and Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date of July 14, 2023.
