It operates through three segments: Pintsch, Bode and Schaltbau. The Pintsch segment focuses on safety-critical components and solutions for the infrastructure in rail transport. The Bode segment focuses on the production, maintenance and service of fail-safe vehicle door systems for trains. The Schaltbau segment focuses on manufacturing safety-critical components such as contactors, connectors and switching systems with a focus on direct current technology (DC technology). These segments are run by three subsidiaries: PINTSCH GmbH, Bode Die Tuer GmbH, Schaltbau GmbH. Schaltbau Holding AG is the management company of the three segments.
