Starkstrom-Gerätebau GmbH made an offer to acquire 100% stake in S.C.Retrasib S.A. Sibiu (BVB:RTRA) from Octavian, Anca Dana Buzoianu and Calin Buzoianu, Trafo Proiect Srl and others for RON 34.4 million on June 26, 2014. SGB-Smit International signed an agreement to acquire 55.36% stake in S.C.Retrasib S.A. Sibiu (BVB:RTRA) from Institut Proiect SA, SC Hold Invest SRL, Calin Buzoianu, Anca Dana Buzoianu, Octavian Buzoianu through a voluntary public takeover offer. SGB-Smit International will pay RON 0.3414 for each share of Retrasib.

The offer will be managed by Ipopema Securities. Ciurtin & Associates acted as legal advisor for S.C.Retrasib S.A. Sibiu.
