Savills, on behalf of the Sears family, has sold Hallcroft Fishery and Caravan Park in Retford, Nottinghamshire to a private individual from a guide price of £1.75 million.

The 63.5 acre (25.7 hectare) holiday park is comprised of 50 static caravan sites, 45 touring pitches, six stocked fishing lakes as well as a cafe and bar and tackle shop. Located on the outskirts of the market town Retford, Hallcroft benefits from close proximity to local attractions including Sherwood Forest, Rufford Abbey and the Idle Valley Nature Reserve.
