On behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management, Savills jointly with Chandler Garvey, has let an industrial warehouse unit at The Merlin Centre, Cressex Business Park in High Wycombe to ADA Fastfix Ltd.

The industry leading supplier of power tools and construction site supplies has agreed to a new 14-year lease for space totalling 9,364 sq ft (870 sq m) and will occupy Unit 11b. ADA Fastfix will pay an annual rent of £88,985.

Following this latest deal, Unit 12, which comprises 26,266 sq ft (2,440 sq m) of fully refurbished high specification warehouse and trade counter accommodation is now available to let at a starting quoting rent of £11.95 per sq ft (£128 per sq m).

Jack Booth, associate in the national industrial & logistics team at Savills, comments: 'The Merlin Centre offers quality warehouse space in a well established industrial location, with good access to both London and the surrounding areas. Due to the scheme's strong credentials we expect to receive considerable interest in the newly available Unit 12 from potential occupiers.'
