Churchill College, Cambridge, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has let Units 1, 2 and 3 at Priorswood Industrial Estate in Taunton, Somerset.

Rotec Hydraulics, a leading provider of hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems has renewed a 10 year lease on Unit 1 totalling 7,600 sq ft (706 sq m).

The expansion of Rotec's business throughout its time at Priorswood has led to it also taking a short term lease on Unit 2 at a rent in excess of £6 per sq ft (£64.6 per sq m). The building, which incorporates two-storey office accommodation, is set across 7,459 sq ft (693 sq m) with provision for external car parking space.

Unit 3, totalling 7,459 sq ft (693 sq m), has been let to Kings Road Tyres and Repairs Ltd at a rent of £6.50 per sq ft (£70 per sq m) on a 10 year lease.

Robert Cleeves, director in the industrial team in Savills Bristol, comments: 'We are pleased to have secured tenants for all three units on Priorswood Industrial Estate. The retention of Rotec Hydraulics and addition of Kings Road Tyres is testament to the site as a prominent industrial location in Taunton and the suitability of the buildings themselves to both local and national occupiers.'
