OJSC OC Rosneft (LSE:ROSN) is planning to sell Open Joint Stock Company Saratov Oil Refinery (MICEX:KRKN), Kommersant newspaper writes, citing sources on the market. Rosneft estimates the cost of Saratov Oil Refinery at approximately $400 million-$500 million, the newspaper said. According to the newspaper's sources, Rosneft has excess refining capacity.
It is streamlining its business and raising its efficiency.
