SAP, known for business software, is also rolling out its own AI co-pilot from Joule. Joule pulls these insights from SAP solutions and external sources and shares them proactively and with appropriate context.
It's like talking directly to your smartest colleague, SAP promises. You can simply ask a question or explain problems in plain language, and get smart answers. Joule draws these answers from a vast amount of business data from across the SAP portfolio and from external sources.
For example, imagine a manufacturer asking Joule to help them gain a better understanding of sales performance. Joule can identify underperforming regions, link to other data sets that reveal a problem in the supply chain, and automatically connect to the supply chain system to offer potential solutions for review by the manufacturer.
