WALLDORF - SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that the SAP Enable Now solution has new updates available that enable a new generation of knowledge transfer for the workforce.

With SAP Enable Now, users can extend the existing user assistance or create their own user assistance and embed their own material in SAP S/4HANA. Additional updates include web-based authoring, a new user interface and simplified content production.

'In the wake of digital transformation, user adoption has become more important than ever before,' said Karie Willyerd, global head of Customer Education and Learning at SAP. 'To keep up with the increasing pace of innovations in cloud solutions, users need to be supported directly in the context of their work with help embedded and instantly available. SAP Enable Now gives SAP S/4HANA customers integrated, context-sensitive performance support and process tutorials to help users with adopting changes in business processes, as well as offering a first line of support in their daily work.'

SAP Enable Now, formerly named SAP Workforce Performance Builder, is available on premise and in the cloud with a new and improved web-based editing interface that enables authors to create and deliver formal training, informal learning and performance support. The new interface ensures a better user experience leading to simplified content production and increased authoring efficiency. The integrated interface with SAP Solution Manager provides an easy way to embed contents into SAP's application lifecycle management platform.

SAP Enable Now gives SAP end users the training they need - whenever and wherever they need it. With SAP Enable Now, users can easily create and deploy context-sensitive user help, transaction documentation, training simulations, test scripts and e-learning materials.
