Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company announced that it has received VND 234 billion in funding from Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company and other investors

Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of VND 234,000,000,000 on August 19, 2020. The transaction included participation from new investor Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (HOSE:FMC) for VND 180,400,000,000 for 77.1% stake, individual investors for VND 53,600,000,000 for 22.9% stale in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (HOSE:FMC).
