Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation agreed to acquire remaining 31.6% stake in Chuo Rika Kogyo Corporation from Sankyo Kasei Corporation.

Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation agreed to acquire remaining 31.6% stake in Chuo Rika Kogyo Corporation from Sankyo Kasei Corporation (TSE:8138) on December 24, 2013. Mitsubishi Chemical will hold 100% stake in Chuo Rika Kogyo on completion of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on March 28, 2014.
