Samhwa Paints Industrial Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000390) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 948,800 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until February 1, 2019. As of October 31, 2018, the company had 2,851,200 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Paint Segment manufactures and sells architectural, industrial paints. It is also involved in the production and sale of paints for phase change materials (PCMs).
