Asian Reproductive Centre Private Limited agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Salem IVF Centre Private Limited from Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited for INR 11.5 million.

Asian Reproductive Centre Private Limited agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Salem IVF Centre Private Limited from Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited (BSE:521240) for INR 11.5 million on April 27, 2024. The consideration consists of INR 11.50 million in cash. As part of the consideration, INR 11.50 million was paid towards common equity.

The deal has been approved by board of directors of Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited. Agreement is expected to be signed by May, 2024, and the deal is expected to be completed at the end of Q1 FY 2024-25.
