Sakurasaku plus Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7097) agreed to acquire Hoiku no Design Institute Co., Ltd. from Yoko Segi on February 1, 2023. Transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2023.

Sakurasaku Plus Co Ltd is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the operation of daycare centers centered on licensed ones. The Company operates licensed daycare centers, small-scale licensed daycare centers, and Tokyo certified daycare centers directly in the 23 wards of Tokyo, under the name of Sakura Sakumirai. The Company collects information on real estate properties and utilizes the collected property information to perform incidental real estate brokerage and management operations in order to rent land and buildings in the daycare center business. The Company is also involved in the operation of daycare centers in Vietnam. It is also engaged in the operation of cram schools.
