Sagami Holdings Corporation provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2024 and fiscal year Ending March 31, 2025. For six months, the company expected net sales of JPY 16,000 million, operating profit of JPY 980 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 740 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 24.51.
For the year, the company expected net sales of JPY 32,000 million, operating profit of JPY 1,750 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,000 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 33.13.
Sagami Holdings Corporation, formerly SAGAMI CHAIN CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the operation of restaurants, the provision of materials to franchised restaurants and the provision management guidance services. Restaurant segment has four business divisions. The Japanese Noodles division is engaged in the operation of SAGAMI that specializes in Japanese noodles. The Ajino-mingei division is involved in the operation of Ajino-mingei. The Don-Don-An division is involved in the management of Don-Don-An restaurants that offer noodles in self-service basis, and the provision of materials and operation guidance to its franchise stores. The Others division is engaged in the operation of stores which provide noodles, spaghetti, among others. The Others segment is engaged in the non-life and life insurance agency business, the maintenance of store equipment, as well as real estate leasing business.
