The Honda Odyssey has long been a popular choice for consumers in the van category and for good reason. It entered the market in 1995 and has been one of Honda's best-selling family-friendly models to date. Its above-average driving experience combined with standard and available features have been a first-choice for families across the United States.

The Odyssey is an alternative to the celebrated Honda Pilot SUV for customers who want 7-passenger seating but without the need for any off-roading adventures.

With the highly anticipated 2018 redesign, the 2017 model saw minimal upgrades. The 2017 Honda Odyssey comes in two trims, the SE and EX-L. Both offer upgrades, including an acoustic windshield, Rear Entertainment System (RES), Forward Collision Warning, SiriusXM Radio, and HondaVAC vacuum cleaner.

2017 Honda Odyssey Review

The 2017 Honda Odyssey continues a long legacy in minivan prowess. Both the SE and EX-L trim models come standard with a 3.5-liter SOHC 24-valve i-VTEC V-6 that produces 248 horsepower and 250-lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission perfectly complements its surprisingly powerful engine.

As is par for the course with most minivans, storage space is ample throughout the vehicle with open pockets and cup holders. The Odyssey's smooth ride and handling balance are perfect for long road trips or short drives around the neighborhood. Cargo capacity and interior flexibility are tops for its minivan class.
